To me, “sensual movement” means moving the way your female body wants to move. Sensual movement gives us permission to slow down, to indulge in circular, swirling, non-linear motion. Stand up and place your hands on your hips. As slowly as possible, circle your hips a couple of times to the right. Remember to breathe.
As you circle your hips a couple of times to the left, start to let your hands go wherever they want on your body. Feel them touching and caressing your body with care and love.
Sensuality is only one aspect of being free, but it’s important to realize that tapping into the sensual pleasure of your own body is one of the fastest ways to reclaim a facet of power that had previously been given away or self-abandoned.
