Mama Gena’s School of Womanly is a school devoted to teach women how to have their way with the world by tapping into the power of pleasure. While some of us may be instantly intrigued by something subtitled the pleasure revolution, some others may be highly suspicious of the pleasure path.
One epiphany I had while doing this program (I did the mastery program 4 times and the inner circle program 3 times), was, “If I really believed there was a divine spark in me, I would probably be having a much better time.” As I watched myself and hundreds of other women go through this course, I have been inspired again and again by Mama Gena’s tools and arts that help a woman release the feminine cultural habits of isolation, doubt and martyrdom into new behaviors that are rooted in self-love and celebrating in community.
Through my intensive time studying at the School of Womanly Arts, Qoya was born. The curriculum is designed to fan the flames of your deepest desires and while doing the classes, I became incredibly clear about the place where my deepest pleasure met the place where I could be of the most service.
With the strong community of women around me, I was able to take that bold leap into creating Qoya from one sold out class on Sundays, to 5 classes a week, to retreats around the world and now I am working on an online Qoya studio sharing my creation with the world.
I am forever grateful for the wisdom that has been handed down to me through the school. I am grateful for the first initiation I had into the force of the divine feminine in these programs. I am deeply grateful for access to the supportive community of hundreds of women around the world who are consciously exploring co-creating a life that delights them.
I could go on and on about this program and the amazing stories of the 40 some of my friends and fellow yoga teachers who have also taken the class. (And I’d love to!)
